研究方向简介

研究方向一:天然产物的提取、分离纯化、结构解析和生物活性的研究以及产品的开发

天然产物的提取、分离纯化工艺优化,跟踪生物活性及质量控制;对多糖、黄酮等活性成分进行结构解析和谱效关系的研究基础上,侧重多糖的构--毒关系探究其变化的规律和安全性的影响,结合化学计量学探索中药材无损检测技术。

研究方向二:中药炮制工艺及质量标准的研究

优化中药炮制工艺,探索炮制过程中物质基础以及活性的变化;并控制有害成分的产生,制订科学可控的质量标准。强化中药标准的的专属性和整体性,创新和完善中药分析检验的方法。
